We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidates will maintain a high level of attention to detail, an ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills. A successful candidate must also have strong communication skills and enjoy being part of a dynamic and friendly environment filled with people who go the extra mile to help each other succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Track and record invoice received date and invoice amount.
- Process invoices by client account number.
- Enter invoice data into computer.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor account statements.
- Follow office procedures and protocols.
- Learn new office procedures as needed.
- Manage various administrative tasks to support payroll, accounts payable, and budgeting processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
